- If your student qualifies for free or reduced-price meals for the 2011/12 School Year, their current meal eligibility status will only carry over through September 26, 2012. If you have not completed and have not been approved for free/reduced-price meals for your student by then, on September 27, 2012, they will automatically revert to paid status. Or, if you have received a pink letter that your student is Directly Certified for free meals for the 2012/13 School Year, you do not have to complete a new meal application.
